looks good, might go a little smaller, this one of those hands where you either get folds from everything or snapped off by 99 irrespective of sizing just depends on the player.

That being said I think without reads I'd just go smaller(ish) $75~ as you might spook JJ~ off with a bigger bet. iv pretty much quit trying to bluff these spots vs randoms

Doesn't work in PLO this because people don't raise thin for value here - AA is the second nuts (KK prolly the best hand he can have) and he will never raise this river with KK, as for him bluffing 99 is the only thing he could turn into a bluff REALLY and would prolly need an A + a K in his hand but people don't do that. Maybe he's double floated with a straight draw and is gonna rep the T but thats ambitious to assume. He basically has JJ/QQ/KK all the time here and will never do anything but call with those hands, some will never call KKK for $40 here, some will never fold JJ for $100 just really depends on the player.

Despite looking like an inelastic calling range and I'm almost always an advocate of "when in doubt, bet big" I think just slightly smaller than $90 here is the way to go.

looks good to me -- think I keep the size at $90 as it looks 'bluffier' than $75 but Dave is right in that villain has probably already decided to just click the call button (or not to!) regardless of size here.

yh it's pretty fashionable now to take really small sizings with the PF initiative on very dry boards, I think with your whole range you should bet bigger on TT9 than you should on JJ4 for example as TT9 gives loads of better floating oppurtunties, A high hands with Gutshots, any OP with a G/S, any striaght draw with a pair that can turn well can float here even OOP, so I'd wanna be betting a bit bigger on this board, but still no more than 50%, maybe 55% pot.

However in a vacuum with such a strong hand and blockers to all the floats explicatively betting smaller than normal will be best.

I didnt see he'd lead the turn actually, doesn't change my thoughts on anything, he could have 99 feasibly, he could also have just had a straight draw and been planing to lead lead but gets the worse river to do this as AA will rarely fold and there is so much less stuff to rep now (99 doesnt beat AA, only one T etc) seems v likely he'd be c/f.

I like the $90 sizing now i've realised we didn't bet the turn. Way more likely to get a stubborn call imo.
