Lacerda opens to 130,000 UTG+1
Bansi shove 900,000 in the cut off
Praz knows his customer, likely a wider range to raise than most at the table for Juan Miguel
He passes, and Praz maintains that 20x bb stack with his 46th 3 bet uncalled shove of the last 48 hours....

No way this goes 5 handed with out a deal imo!
Love the idea of someone refusing but I just cant see it happening.
Would love Leigh to be the one who says no all the way until he wins.....
but
Bless PLinton!
I can not think of a better time to employ the no deal strategy, the money is just too much for most of the people who are left, as soon as they think they can get a deal and it is turned down, those people start to play like fools. It happens so often in the online tournament deals that I facilitate on a regular basis. This is likely to be the biggest jumps in history for most of these players. Dealing less than 4 handed is burning money if you are +EV or experienced. If the last four players are of equal skill, then I can see a deal at that point.
In fact the best strategy might be to let people believe that you will entertain a deal, but not at that precise moment in time. It may well cause the weaker players to freeze up, in anticipation of said deal, which won't happen.
Stu, I am back in Notts for a week or so from the 13th, NANDOS???
Yo Stu!
I don't see Linton dealing unless its three or two way and involves Nick or Leon. There is just FAR too much leverage from not dealing for him to even try.
Anyone offering any odds on winner/person who wins most money?
Afternoon almighty Ginger One.
I know technically he shouldn't be dealing and 'Bless PLinton' is the one who would love to apply that pressure but in reality I just cant see any of them not wanting to flatten the pay structure when 5/6 handed. You could lock up an extra 50k per place and still leave it top heavy.
Unless I have missed something no one left is in a position to be burning 50k notes?

FYQ
I know all of that, just think there has to be a point for even the most experienced when the money gets too much in such a strange situation.
I was planning a night at DTD on the 14th if you fancy Nandinos before that?
Always nice to arrange a night out in the middle of an update thread.

Sad news as Leigh Wiltshere busts.
Leigh made it 100K utg.
Nick Hicks in the BB calls.
Check check on the flop.
turn.
Hicks bets for 110K
Leigh bumps it up to 300K
Hicks calls.
The river card comes
Hicks leads for roughly 400K to which Leigh shoves. Hicks calls.
Leigh rivered the set with KK
But it is no good as Nick Hicks has T J
7 million in chips for Hicks.

Jerome Brion opens to 100,000 UTG
Bansi shove 800,000 all in on the button
Florian Hoeller CALLS and a hubbub breaks out...
Brion passes
bansi Q-Q
Hoeller A-10 to the surprise of almost everyone
It comes 5-J-K
A gutshot Q on the turn is heaven and hell, Broadway for Hoeller, outs to a house for Praz
the river, a 10, bricks and we lose Praz Bansi in 15th

Unlucky Leigh, but great effort and a very decent pay-day. Would have been a massively popular win. Horrible river.

Awesome work Tight, making many an afternoon work session pass by fast.
Are you able to confirm if there will be a stream at any point today? Will it occur once they are down to nine? It would be amazing if this would happen.
Thanks,
Jonny C
