Both players are loose/passive fish.

Poker Stars $1.29+$0.21 No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t75/t150 Blinds - 6 players

SB: t1610       10.73 BBs
Hero (BB): t5024       33.49 BBs
UTG: t2270       15.13 BBs
MP: t6120       40.80 BBs
CO: t9036       60.24 BBs
BTN: t2940       19.60 BBs

Pre Flop: (t225) Hero is BB with  three diamonds
1 fold, MP calls t150, 2 folds, SB calls t75, Hero checks

Flop: (t450)  (3 players)
SB checks, Hero bets t215, MP folds, SB calls t215

Turn: (t880) (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets t1500, SB calls t1245 all in

River: (t3370) 6 :club: (2 players - 1 is all in)

Unnecessary right? Is flop lead okay? and turn what you doing?

I check fold flop too.  Turn I would lead when checked to as we have a shed load of outs.  No reason to jam the turn as we only get called by better.

I'd probably just check back turn and realise my equity. This is a really bad card to try and get him to fold anything esp in a $1 so just try to get there and give up if you dont. and as a general point your overbet doesn't rep any strong hand at all

I personally think stabbing these boards with some form of equity is fine; when you pick up even more and it's the sb rather than mp calling you I think we should definitely barrel.
