play an online sat (£5) and win a seat into Day 1 (online or live)

play the day 1 - 15k starting stack.  10% of field qualify for Day 2.

If I've won a sat, then i get a golden chip.  This golden chip entitles me to win the cpp or sponsorship, should i make the final table..  no Gchip no extra prizes

day 2 - i take my day 1 chip stack with me

I dont understand fully the merging of chipstacks or buying in with a golden chip..

Yes every online satellite seat at the moment comes with a Golden Chip (until the 1,000 run out).

Yes Golden Chip bonuses are only available for those with a Golden Chip.

ALL Golden Chip satellite seats will be used first, i.e. if you win 2 Golden Chip seats and 2 non Golden Chip seats the first 2 attempts are Golden Chip attempts by default.

We advise you use Golden Chip seats before direct buy in as the first time you make Day 2 will need to be a Golden Chip attempt for your Golden Chip to count!

As soon as you make it through to Day 2, you can continue to play Day 1's and any additional chips you win will be added to your chip stack. If the first time you made day 2 was with a Golden Chip then the Golden Chip will stand!

Another thing - if you make it through with the Golden Chip and merge upon that stack 2-3 times, is the Golden Chip still valid?

Yes as long as you make it through to Day 2 with the Golden Chip it will count regardless of how many more attempts you play with or without a Golden Chip after that!

The smurf got home from work and decided to throw himself straight in to a £1 feeder, the smurf decided to bring it...he hit everything and 30 minutes later was the proud owner of a £5 token...the smurf then got moaned at to cut the grass so in Billy Whizz fashion (The Beano) he raced around the garden dumping the mower after 25 odd minutes with the last mow and after running back inside found there was 30 seconds left of late registration. The smurf registered and typed in to the chat box "the smurf has joined the golden chip party"...not one reply...this didn't deter the smurfs enthusiasm and nearly an hour or so later ...I said an hour or so later the smurf had bagged himself his first golden chip.

£1 outlay...the smurf is going to brag because he knows what a luckbox he was...but he doesn't care.

the smurf also knows he will most likely spend a lot more money trying to bag some more so he thought stuff it...brag smurf brag.
