Want to play the 12 noon sat for GP. Tried logging into Genting using details emailed to me by DTD some time ago. Account now locked as the supplied details failed 3 times. Went to DTD support page. States live chat available from 10am. Been trying since 10am and keep getting email page i.e. no live chat. Can anybody please help as i really want to play this and desist from tearing the rest of my hair out. Thanks!

It might be because your email address is associated with other ipoker sites

go onto DTD customer support (link on site) and they can do this for you through the chat box

Just looking at the Golden Chips, averaging 20 day, which means it will take 50 days for them all 1000 to go at this rate, we didn't expect that!

For our DTD Pub League players, specifically Jim from the Bull Pub, we are adding a midnight Grand Prix golden chip so they can play after a pint at the pub!
