Ballin'. I fully expect a penthouse, remote controls for everything and I'm sure you've contacted the private cleaner already right?

Have u sorted your living accommodation in notts yet? Staying and paying for hotels bill isn't the right choice . Maybe Alex will let u share his room and become his roommate . Lol
Not a bad idea, maybe we could get bunk beds or something
You'll have to pass face control first. And you should know that my rules for people in Alex's bed are quite strict.
I speak for the entire English speaking population and Frankie when I say whaaaaatttttt da fuckkkk baby?!!

I like the title of this diary, and I like your style - NO WHERE TO LIVE, FUCK IT I'LL JUST LIVE IN HOTELS
I got back from my first Vegas trip homeless spent 3 weeks in a suite at the Queens hotel in Leeds and it was SIIICCCCCCCCCCCCK
complete spew ofc, unjustifiable, pointless spew but a man after my own heart nonetheless.

Haha yes! This is definitely my attitude towards life although most see it as reckless and quite ridiculous.
I've read your blog Dave and definitely think you have the nut lifestyle. Not quite at your level of balla just yet but hopefully i'll get there one day!

It's easy. I write about 100/100 games in monte carlo and 60euro sandwhiches, leave out storys from £2/£2 at Gala Leeds, or the 45 hours a week spent sat at my desk listening to the same playlist on repeat playing online midstakes, taking a break every few hours to eat a generic home-prepared pasta dish and watching an hour of storage hunters on Dave
It has nothing to do with money, it's about attitude
think like a "balla" then you are one, you don't have to do your nuts on club sandwhiches just do what makes you happy if its spew but you like it and it's not totally rinsing you financially then keep doing it
Pretty sure the best times I've had have in no way been directly correlated to how much money I've had.
Get yourself your own place though seriously lol - make sure you get some ballin' bedsheets when you do though, feel free to PM for advice

Well tonight was a bit of a disaster!
Lost a pretty substantial amount playing at Gala tonight. So ridiculous how big the game gets even though it's only .50/1. Started by getting stacked by Mitch who decided to shove the turn of a
board in a 3bet pot with 6 high and no fold equity. He was winning on the river though so nice hand mate
There were then a load more coolers etc over the course of the night and unfortunately I did not manage to get out of it this time. Pretty funny as by the end of it people were describing run bad as 'running like Fred'. Marv.
To make it worse I also lost a chunk playing Stato at OFC for £5 a point. Now I know the guy is obvs good at the game but I think that anyone who's played him (mainly Mitch) will admit that he does run pretttttty well. One classic hand involved him starting off with an absolute bag of spanners and then managing to make flush/set of
/Q high with two cards left to go. He then makes a comment about how painful it would now be if he were to hit running Queens. You can guess what happened next.
To illustrate how big the game gets now, here is a picture of Stato's stack midway through the session and it actually grew substantially before the end of the night.

Me and PJ were saying on the way home, it was probably the worst we'd ever seen anyone run in a live cash game ever. Brutality everywhere, took it incredibly well.

Had quite a nice non-poker day today.
Decided to join Alex, Stato, PJ etc in watching the cricket at Trent Bridge this afternoon which despite knowing nothing about cricket turned out to be quite good fun. To make it more interesting, we obviously decided to bet on different things during the match and although I didn't quite understand some of the bets I did manage to lock up a win which meant I freerolled the event as well as the many beers which were consumed during it.
We all then went to Hooters afterwards which is always an enjoyable trip! Mitch to everyones surprise ordered a salad however the majority of it seemed to be fried so turned out not to be the the healthiest of options... This was accompanied by many more beers, chicken, chips and obv...tits.
The night was then continued in a pub in West Bridgford where we met Keith and his mates before moving to a bar close by called Fire and Ice. This was more of a bar/club and was full of some really hot girls however with Mitch's dancing we funnily enough didn't manage to attract any of them.
Going to try and get an early(ish) night now before playing the Sky Poker event tomorrow at DTD which I could do with winning to get me into profit this week
