Urgh tonight was brutal. Seem to be absolutely haemorrhaging money atm and it's starting to take its toll. Starting to become pretty under it what with live cash and other investments.

Started off ok, winning a bit playing the 1/1 with big ol' Mitch Johnson. Managed to bum hunt him into coming out of retirement from OFC however he went on an instant heater and won 143 points @ £5/point within the first hour! Luckily managed to grind the majority of that back throughout the night but still wasn't the best way to start the night.

We then moved to a 1/2 with a really good line up. Was pretty card dead to begin with but won a few small pots without showdown. Then run into Mitch where he 3bets me OOP, flops a straight and I unfortunately decided to choose that moment to bluff him. [ ] Went well.

Then lose another to him with  on a  flop vs  . Fold the river but still pretty annoying. Throughout all this, Mitch absolutely god modes the table and basically stacks everyone ending up with a bigger stack than everyone else combined. When asking how he does it, his reply was: The Lord works in mysterious ways Cheesy

To finish up I get £800 in pre with  vs  and despite running it twice, lose the lot.

Getting a bit disheartened with playing live atm and am thinking that i'm probably gonna grind online between now and Barcelona to try and claw back some of the roll. Hopefully i'll be able to get out of it and be able to have the flexibility to play what I want when i'm out there. Wish me luck!

No, because i wouldn't have a straight then. The hand would turn out awfully for me!

Also @Fred;

Never heard of effective stacks? If you shove £800 over the line, and he has £540, you get some change. kthxbai.

Happier, yes.

You dont want people coming on here calling you a liar, like Alex used to get on his diary.

Played a small schedule today and bricked almost everything. Am now contemplating whether to go to London for a few days to play cash which seems like a better option than staying here and doing my brains to Alex playing Chinese...
