Danish Skirmish News Now - Philip raised to 70k preflop; Mads re-raised to 200k. Phil called. Flop . Mads bet 250k, and Phil gave him the old staredown for a good long time before passing and giving that chunky pot to Mads. Incidentally, Britt tells us that someone in the audience went up to Mads and gave him a 'lucky coin' about an hour ago, when it looked like he might be able to use one of those. Apparently this audience member keeps shouting to him to remember the Lucky Coin, which is quite odd. But he's ever so popular here (Mads, not the shouty guy).

Day release at the local loony bin?

Phil just raised to 80k and was re-raised all-in by Marc. Phil asked for a countdown (something he does a large percentage of the time) and passed. Then just when we thought there'd just be more of that for a while.................. Philip raised to 90k, Marc moved in, and got a caller! Marc vs. Philip The board brought nothing but the on the river to rub it in and it's good news for the Dutch player - a double up. Press question from Rolf: "Who calls with a pair of fours?" Press answer: "Philip Helm."

This means that Philip is down to about 460k, and just released another 80k preflop raise to Marc's all-in.

Edgar Skjervold. I'm not biased or anything, but this is the man we want to lose. There's a pint in it for me if he is eliminated before Mads Anderssen. And I'm really thristy! [attachment deleted by admin]

Two-Outer Double Up News Now -
In a rather strange hand, Marc raises to 100k preflop, and is re-raised another 260k-ish all-in by Edgar. He calls with Q 9 and finds a race - against Edgar's 88.
Flop: Q J J Turn: 6 River (you all know what this is from the title): 8!
So Edgar in much better shape (oh see how accurate my predictions were!) which I am sure he wasn't expecting on the flop.

Marc flat calls preflop on Philip's big blind. So we see a flop cheaply. It's 9 4 Q - checked twice. Turn - 2. Philip checks, Marc bets 50k and Philip moves in for the full 376k, which Marc calls.
Philip 9 4 Marc Q K
The river rag didn't change anything and there's one of the reasons the old big blind likes limpers now and then...

Big blind Hilm calls Naalden's 90k preflop raise. Flop = Hil checks. Naalden bets 60k. Perhaps deeming the size of the bet to be a sign of weakness, Hilm reraises to 180k. Naalden folds. My spider senses tell me that there's gonna be an elimination soon. But then again, those same senses also told me that Anina wouldn't make the 2nd day, nevermind the final table.
