180 man turbos on Stars

Anyone play these regularly or reccomend any good articles or vids on them? Mainly interested in expected ROI for a decent player, bankroll required and any other advice associated to playing them.

300buy ins minimum, 500 buy ins would be better!!!

If your grinding them playing 20 tables or so I would say 20%+ ROI is obtainable. I'm not grinding them quite as hard but have made 27% over nearly 10k games (thin). Also will hopefully be making some videos soon for a training site so obviously I would have to recommend my own (currently non-existant) material!!!

Might be worth noting that this article is more aimed towards bros who are thinking of grinding for a living, but I'm sure there will be the odd relevant point in there with regard to using HUDs etc.
