I unfollowed the cretinous Morgan some time ago.

I actually derived great pleasure informing him that he was fired.

This is the thread where people can celebrate every goal scored against Arsenal, and where we can live every minute of Spurs heroic attempt to not finish a few points behind them in this year's league.

TfT is the place where we celebrate Arsenal's greatness, and we moan at every lucky deflection, misjudged offside decision, and where we are always looking the other way whenever our heroes mistime the odd challenge.

wp wp same old spurs.

Morning Tal

Top 3, that must put you ahead of Arsenal?

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-3395466/Dele-Alli-signs-new-five-year-deal-Spurs-impressive-start-career-White-Hart-Lane.html

Why do Spurs think they are going to hold onto players that are going to be staples of the England national team moving forward paying them such piss poor salaries?  £25k a week for Ali and £70k a week for Kane.  You have to wonder why these two players have accepted these awful contracts to lock them up.  When they go on England duty and see Sterling on £180k a week don't think feel royally shafted?  Kane should be on £150k a week minimum if Spurs actually think they can hold onto him long term.  Ali probably £65k a week.

Tootenham are perennial chokers, don't see any reason for this to change.

Slight fear they'll become a much better team without Bale. Banyan tree and all that

With Spurs resurgent it seemed a good time to see if there were one or two more Spurs fans on Blonde - be great to get their community going rather than have to post in other footie threads - title could change and have a more positive motif I think

Have the spuds applied to have the Newcastle game replayed yet?

The fracas or melee at Stamford Bridge.

Spurs were fined £225,000, & Chelsea £375,000. It is the 4th such offence for Chelsea in less than 2 years.

Do the Authorities really think a 6 figure sum will change the Club's thinking & stop it happening again? It's a pittance relative to their Income, especially the TV money.

Dock both clubs x points, so they miss, say, CL qualification, or get relegated, & the problem would stop instantly.

The bans on Dembele & Ali proved very costly for Spurs. Will they make the connection, though? They really ought to, it could have been the difference between winning & losing the League, & multi-millions of income.
