A lot of this comes to discipline and having a plan. When i walk to a table and the same applies online, I decide what is the most I am prepared to lose and more importantly at what point would my winnings reach before I walk away. If you plan to try to double or treble your money and reach your target, then walk away and enjoy it. I am guessing that having reached $350 and then started to lose that you ended up chasing to get back to $350 and blew the lot. Still it is a lesson learned.
As for online casinos I have to be honest i just don't enjoy them. The sites may well be trustworthy, but when you lose you ending up not trusting them, whereas in a casino you put it down to bad luck. Natural behaviour I guess disguising the reality that the odds are always against you (taking on board comments on bonuses).

...but why would you want to unless you're 12 years old. The age where one can truly enjoy the sweetie. Those were the days indeed.

Tank my old china, you have let go of your childhood far too easily, I on the other hand love acting like a 10 year old.
