Mark Benton continues to impress with his vigour. Ben Cohen meanwhile looks understandably uncomfortable. The latter has more chance of winning but I fear the former has more chance of making the last few weeks.

Not bad for three days' training. I think his agent will be enquiring as to whether there is a vacancy in Top Hat in the New Year.

He's the front running male at the moment, but he won't get it all his own way in a month or so.

I was quite surprised by a few tonight. Deborah had very good timing and Vanessa had genuine heart in her dance. Dave Myers will struggle a bit because he is behind Mark Benton in both the being a bit bonkers stakes and the dancing stakes.

I think Anton will be a bit worried tonight. I don't think he needs to be about tonight, but he has to find a way of getting Fiona to overcome her stagefright to have any chance of progressing.

Sophie had so much musicality and a wonderful swivel. It sets her up for other Latin dances, which I hadn't really expected.

I was worried last week that it was going to be two or three at the top and ten weeks of farce. I'm delighted that I was wrong.
