Dogs come in handy with this problem. I just say hey lets go for a walk , the dog needs out. Everyone I know is lazy so they never want to walk and they decide to make tracks on their own without being asked. They even think in their mind they were the one to make the choice to leave. Another positive is the dog gets a walk and you get to work off the dinner you just ate.
