Is.your opponents c bet kind of small? It's like he is trying to induce.

I can't think of many hands where a percieved tight player is gonna bloat a pot on a flop like that except the flush or straight. Surely they would bet bigger or is that a normal sized c bet in HR?

I think gouty in a tournament on this type of board texture that's a pretty standard size to bet, spesh with these stacks.
