Game is 1/3 in Edinburgh, almost everybody on the table has around 1k or more.

It has reguarly been 1/3/6, and often 1/3/6/12 with the occasional 1/3/6/12/24 and a few times 1/3/6/12/24/48.

Anyway he is pretty drunk, probably 8 beers deep, has fired 2 bullets at GPS and is sitting around 2.3k deep. He has been insanely aggresive and he has just c/raised and showed 2x on kj9 in a 3bet pot and done some other funky stuff.

He puts the 12 on.

Im in MP and limp  (dont want to discuss this) , 4 others call including the blinds and straddles and he checks.

The flop is 

They all check to me and there is around 68 in the pot, I bet 50.

I had previously been betting big, as its funny these guys still raise to 6 when they are 500 big blinds deep. So pre flop I was raising to £15 and cbetting usually 3/4s pot.

Everybody folds and he makes it 175.

I have around 1.8k total.


I think its likely to very likely that he will bet around 500 on the turn and the same chances that he will pile a lot of rivers.

Dont think im folding this agaisnt this player. Not really massively loving live agaisnt someone im going to have to get 1.5K in though by the river. Probably getting more aggressive on the turn if i improve/get more outs etc.

Is he folding to aggression say the turn comes a 9 and you jam over his £500 how likely is he to fold?

Hate your flop sizing, should've made it 49, using 1 x 20 chip, 1 x 10 chip 2 x 5 chip 5 x 1 chip and 8 x .50 chips.

As we've completely mangled the hand we now have to keep clicking the call button vs this abs hero of the game.

There was a few things, one of them was that i wanted to keep SPR low. The main one though that there was 2 guys who would 3bet over 50% of opens, especially from me and another guy but they would limp if we limped. At this time folding was better than raising, but ofc i would raise here almost always as std.
