Pre flat is okay?
Would a check/raise be better on this flop?
What about a turn lead?
Turn c/r?

Not sure on best line...

pre-flop is not really my thing however I suspect you're not far off the line where peeling becomes ok, I get the feeling you're a bit too shallow though, IDK whats best between 3b/5b all-in and just folding...someone who actually understands stack sizes would be better placed to comment.

I think just c/r go with it OTF is the best line he got worse hands he'll DEFO stack off with A/K Q with a club AA/KK with a club, Q8 if he has that some naked AcX Ac8x and theres a decent chance naked AQ's and OP's might stack off as well, obviously if he somehow does find himself with a flush then meh we still got 30%. He might call and fold to a turn shove with a few weaker hands with the or the in them as well...?...

As played you certainly can't fold so I guess call again and hope the riveer isn't a tilting card, or go all-in. I wouldn't lead the turn we'd just encourage faster action from his best hands and lose some action against some weak semi-blufs, hand with mid clubs and GutShots or w/e there are a load of ropey semi-bluffing hands he could have his CO opening range is gonna have plenty of mid/offsuit stuff in it.
