This stake will have 25% of any winnings so $50 from the balance for this comp. Its 7am now so playing in 4 hours ish!

25k at the 1st break pretty good level just slow and steady lost a frustrating one to a shorty at the end of the last level but that's ok 99<AA 9 in the window with an A hiding behind! Sigh

My AK v KK and 66 all in pre we got a sweat on QQJ flop but we did not improve! Sigh anyway still got bags of chips and heart! And 5% battery :p

sigh bust 20th,

We had a long long bubble were we were hand for hand from 20 out. I had a maniac frenchman on my left who was annoyed at the fact the bubble was lasting so long, in fact he was annoyed at everything - annoyed at how many chips he had for some of the comp. Anyway i digress, through the bubble he had been making it crazy amounts at 3/6k it would open to 12 and he would make it 100. Etc he wanted the bubble over, i had raised folded a few times when i pick up KQhh on the SB. A slightly loose Israeli, opens (hes been battling with mr 100k french man for a while now). I decided to flat from the SB hoping crazy frenchmen would dump in his usual 100k. on reflection i should obviously just shove but in the moment this felt like the best route. Anyway, he flats - DOH. All is forgiven though on the KQ2 flop with 2 diamonds. I check, it checks round WHAT!?!?  Turn A, bingo. Checked to the israli who makes it 20k. ive got about 45k behind and jam it in. Frenchman, flats. Israli says he passed AJ, frenchman flips J10. river A. Sigh wrong pair the board. So im out the door gutted would have been nice to get the trip off to a good start with a cash or even better deep run.

Back to it tomorrow probably heading the rio!

Right I'm in, been here for a few hours now soaking up the rio atmosphere. Really is incredible I've spent the hole time with my mouth open! Love it.

1st break update,

We were up to 28k and then had this hand where I would like some discussion if anyone is still reading!!

Blinds 50/100

Limp UTG Playing 5k
I raise UTG +2 to 350 with 10k
BB calls playing 11k
UTG calls

Flop Q 4 2 xhh

Check, UTG jams 5k.

I decided to flat thinking he rarely has a Q here more likely a "stop and go" probably flush draw, hard to put him on two overs more likely an Ax suited. Suddenly the BB jams, it's 7k more to call, I'm not happy. Eventually I make the call, I ended up losing the hand but won't reveal cards yet as it will not help with discussion.

Anyway it was back to the grind stone.

Later on though someone was kind enough to donate their chips to me, he makes it 1250 at 150/300 playing 14k I have him covered I make it 2800 with KK, he snap jams, I call and he has Q7dd, I hold cheers!

Shipped my last 11BB with 10J from the cut off and SB wakes up with KK we get the Q9 2 flop for the sweat but did not get there

On to the next one, was gonna dive in the 165 big gonna swerve and play cash!
