So the quest to make a third GP FT came to an abrupt end last night. Unfortunately I ran like Millidonk circa 2011-2012. KK < 1010 aip, he found the case 10 and KK < 88 aip in the second flight. GL to those blondes left in, speshly Guy Johnson and Eso. If either of them final table then I will be making an appearance.

Even though the poker was shit the socialising was fun. Met a tonne of blondes who I had never spoke to irl before. Shout outs to Pokerfan and his fit sister, Forththistle, Verndog, Rexas and the twister extraordinaire tomtom92 plus the guy who refused a drink after giving me a walk in a satelite to bag a seat. What a hero.

Back on the health and poker grind tomorrow as well as probs purchasing a new PC.

Good to meet up yesterday, cheers for the pint.

For anyone who hasn't met Milli irl, he's 6'4 but has the legs of a midget and a really long body,
unless it was just an optical illusion caused by him wearing the arse of his pants round his knees.

Anytime fella. Keep them tips coming and I will keep the champagne fosters flowing

Unfortunately it is not an illusion. I have 29 inch legs but a ridic torso which leaves me standing at 6ft 3 and a smidge. The physio said that is why I have such bad back problems (nothing to do with the massive gut I am carrying around..). Apparently if my body was in proportion I would be 7ft 2. FML, I could have been in the NBA on 100 milli dorrars a year.

No pokers today as not had internet due to them upgrading the network or some shiz.. just ground out the Sky+ box and cleared a load of stuff on the planner. Was fun.

Have ordered a new PC with pretty deece specs, also has an SSD and a couple of other sexy bits. Just ordered a couple of cheap but decent-ish monitors to go with it so I can have the sexy dual monitor setup that i've been longing for. Just hope I run remotely normal once it is all set up as it would be such a shame to have to smash it to pieces straight away.

Only one decision left to make now and that's which keyboard and mouse to buy:

Think a wooden setup would look quite cool:

but lightup keys would be more practical for night grinding and red matches the PC:

hmmm.

Wooden one is about 1/3 of the price of the LED one as well thus cheaper to replace when I throw it against the wall.

Could just get a desk lamp to save needing the keys themselves to light up..

Probs flip a coin to decide.

Speaking of flipping coins I remember going through a phase where me and my mates would decide every thing on the flip of a coin as well as throwing a few dares into the mix. I had planned to go and get a haircut once when my mate proposed flipping for it.. I chose tails which would result in my mate paying for me to get my haircut at a decent salon, if it landed on heads it meant he got to cut my hair in any style he wanted..

I bet you can't guess which side it landed on..

Unfortunately I don't have a before pic but I assure you it was considerably more hair than is in this pic.

watch out for the new craze in keyboards. I bought a new one recently, turns out that they like to double up as light houses and beacons for aeroplanes.

they seem to think it's necessary to put the brightest most un-turnoffable lights in the world on them. I currently have a poker chip over one buttons light and a piece of cut to size card over the branding logo because when it's plugged into usb IT NEVER FKING GOES OFF oh and did I mention it could bring in to land a whole fleet of planes in the fog. fking brightest shit in the world. so ridic tilting.

edit I will happily admit obv I went for a joke cheap keyboard !

edit2 went for this one fwiw (sub £20)

un-turnoffable. I like it!

Saw that on ebay. Didn't mind it too much tbf. Went for a wooden one. If I end up typing shit in the dark then I will just get an LED one or use a desk lamp..

I haven't been exercising or eating well this week, neither have I been grinding. I have been telling myself that my laptop isn't up to grinding but in reality I am just a lazy slob who loves food, daytime tv and playing the playstation. Next week I will be back in the gym, healthy lifestyle and grinding game. Unless I bink the incred 100 on Saturday in which case I might need to review my options..

Got my new PC and it's so sexy. Flying around the internet. Only problem is my second monitor isn't working. Sad Apparently Windows 8.1 messed up the HDMI outputs or something. DVI and VGA work great but the HDMI port is broke. Apparently if you uninstall and re-install the graphics card drivers that works.. not for me. Sad

FML.

At the moment I am just using the second monitor as a mirror. Staring back at me is a broken man.

Why did I ever leave you Windows 7???

Darts tonight tho. Wiiiiiiiiiiii
