Link to WSJ article that looks at data analysed at Harvard from Bwin customers 2005-2007 http://online.wsj.com/news/articles/SB10001424052702304626104579123383535635644Of gamblers who play roulette / slots only 11% made money, that dropped to less than 5% of those who gambled the most. In poker, a third of those who were "most involved" were winners but only 10% of the rest won.

You're telling me, that when someone continually wagers money for a 90% return (or whatever the amount it), that they lose money?
Eye-opening to say the least!!!!

Hardly a shock - we all know that the only way to make sure you never lose when gambling is to be the Best in the Business.

Given Bwin's policies I am pretty surprised anyone wins there ever.

Having worked in research (private sector) I would honestly say 75% of our projects were from people just trying to use up their annual research budget else it gos slashed the following year.
