I'm in some terrible and horrible situation,I came down here to Kiev, Ukraine for a program and I was robbed at gun point last night, I misplaced my wallet on my way back to my hotel after I went for sight seeing. The wallet contained all the valuables I had. Now, my passport is in custody of the hotel management pending when I make payment.

I am sorry if i am inconveniencing you, but i have only very few people to run to now. i will be indeed very grateful if i can get a loan of  £2'680, from  you. this will enable me sort my hotel bills and get my sorry self back home. I have been to many places all around the world and unfortunately I have had a knife pulled on me and a gun pulled on me..

ps. Stay away from Jamaica. I lived in South London for years and was fine, went to Jamaica and had a Machete' pulled on me during my second day there. Sure there are some nice places, but Kingston and Ocho Rios are a no no if you leave the complex.

Funny you should say that, I also had a gun pulled on me! This was in Estonia and the gun holder was an Estonian policeman pointing it a pair of pissed up Englishmen who were refusing to leave a casino. Said policeman also told the whole taxi rank to not let us in their cabs so we had to walk back to the hotel which we had no idea where it was in approx 5ft of snow wearing T-shirts. I have also been stabbed by a friend as I asked him to do it. I also once asked the same friend to cut off my foot so I didn't have to go to work the next day, thankfully he wasn't as drunk as me that time! Luckily I drink about 1,000000th of what I used to. The banter amongst the Chelsea Pensioners was pretty much 100% abuse of one form or another. Particularly amongst those who had been in the army for the maximum period.
