Ohh ok I see he posted 10 times this year but did recognise the screen name.

Yeah I'm more of a lurker these days, by the time I get to a thread, most things have been said!

I am not sure if I am required to do anything here, but happy to endorse amcgrath1 as captain and to select the team from those interested

the captain has to collect the cash etc this year, so its a bit more onerous. If Asa wants it, seems ok for him to do it to me

Cheers Once APAT have confirmed we have a team ( which shouldn't be an issue), then I shall get to selecting the side. I will be sending messages to everyone who has shown an interest over the weekend as well to find out a bit more about you all!

As always it's ridiciulously difficult to decide who is in and who misses out. Apologies to those that have missed out. I've gone for a mixture of players, those that I know can grind, those that I know will accumulate chips, reglars from the APAT tour, those who have been on Blonde a good while, as well as the newer players..but most importantly, all of these players I know will make the team a good one to play in and to be around.

The quality hotel is right by the casino and is currently only £40/night. It is an OK hotel too. Can I recommend this as the team hotel.

I would say book in quickly as it will sell out reasonably soon.

There is a cash championship event on the Friday night for anybody who fancies that, there is also a decent event on Sunday offering a an APAT WCOAP passport for the other teams who are not all still in the main event. I don't think I can get to this one until the Saturday but have booked in Sat and Sun night at the moment.
