Thanks.

Was on your table on 1a btw. Black hoodie in seat 1. Think we all got robbed on seat draw to be honest. Got moved twice more and had much softer tables. GG anyway thought u played well.

Thanks, I got moved to table Ben 'raises 5 hands in 6' Vinson... Unfortunately all my hands were in the ones he didn't raise.
It was entertaining and educational to watch your battles with Jamie O'Connor, just wish they hadn't all occurred on my BB.

Good luck Tighty following updates stuck in hotel room in Virginia. Don't fancy facing Black Friday madness.

The good

Tommy Bingham opens to 450 at 100-200

Chris Brammer calls on the button

Your scribe in the small blind calls with  with a view to hitting diamonds or a straight or getting outplayed by Brammer

check

Bingham 800

Brammer call

I call.

turn

Hello/this could get expensive/delete as applicable after river

check 1325 call call

river

Good evening sir, how unexpected to see you

check. Tommy or Chris are going to bet this.

check, check

Bugger.

I win

The bad

Brammer opens to 500 otb at 100-200

I call in the big with  (this is probably a three bet but I am out of practice)

  two spades

Known worse

check call 800

Ooh.

Or Oh.

Not sure which

Contemplate bet, check call and check raise

He bets 1600

I call

river

check. Nice bet of him from 4850

Well he can't have a three can he?

He could have raised with anything on the button, doesn't have to have an Ace. Hope he has a Big Ace

My gut is telling me to fold, so I call and am shown  three clubs

(apologies for the 2007-08 poker strategy!)

I saw our hero play a big pot against Brammer, x-posted from the PokerStars Blog.

During the last break Rich Prew told me that Chris Brammer had been raising roughly four out of six pots every orbit and folding to three-bets about 50% of the time. Well the two of them just played a pot where Brammer didn't fold to resistance.

Pre-flop Brammer opened the button, Prew three-bet and Brammer peeled to create a pot of 4,700 as the flop fell 7♠3♥3♠, Prew led for 2,500 and called when Brammer raised to 6,000. The J♥ hit the turn, Prew checked to Brammer, he moved all-in for 11,125 and Prew took a few seconds before calling.

Brammer: 4♣3♣
Prew: Q♠J♠

Prew had outs but he missed them all on the 6♥ river, he slips to 8,000 whilst Brammer is up to around 40,000.

A round with Tighty...

Rich has 8k at 150/300

Hand 1:

Seat 1 makes it 800

He is called by seat 3 in the BB.

  Check Check

 three clubs

Seat 3 leads for 1200.

Seat 1 folds.

2.

Chris Brammer makes it 800
The small blind and Tommy Bingham in the Big complete.

Brammer leads for 1500

Everyone gets out of his way.

3.

Rich makes it 800 where no one shows any respect.

With Tommy Bingham and Brammer in the blinds caling.

Tommy check raises Brammer's 1500 bet up to 4200.

Brammer has a stern think and lays it down.

4.

Everyone folds to a Tommy Bingham raise.

5.

Chris Brammer limps the button. The small blind flats allowing our hero a free flop.

*Rich then asks for my paper to write something down.

Anyway the flop comes 7 high with 2 diamonds. Brammer bets Rich contemplates the jam and then everyone folds.

6.

(The blinds are up)

TB makes it 1k

Seat one on the button flats.

4 Q 6 Rainbow flop. check call.

  check check

Tommy bets and is called to declare two pair showing A 6.

AND THEN JUST AS I WANT TO LEAVE.

BRAMMER MAKES IT 1K

OUR HERO SHOVES

Brammer folds.

*I'm not familiar with these chips, some all info maybe incorrect.

Rich Doubles.

Tommy makes it 1k

Brammer calls

Rich jams from the BB with 77

Tommy Bingham calls and tables AJ.

Rich holds to double up.

20, 500 at the third break of the day going 300-600. The crucial two levels coming up

I wasn't sure about the Brammer hand I lost, the flop specifically, but whats done is done. Chris said I might have shoved the flop and lost a different way!

Since then I doubled with the 77 hand

Lost button v bb 10-10 v A-J and just now 3 bet Tommy Bingham off 8-8 to go above starting stack again

Enjoying it, but woefully out of practice
