Djinn through with 30k. Nicely nicely.

Looking forward to tomorrow's updates:

"Never get me playing a hand like that"

"When I was in this comp, folk didn't play hands that badly"

"Oh apparently there ARE ways to win in that spot(!) No one told my dealer yesterday..."

Such a shame you're way too classy for that, Tighty. The comp's loss is the audience's gain, though.

Still bokking like a boss.

I notice Tighty got the Mitchell Johnson min cash Bok in early, but he has nothing on you.

Good luck all Blondes today, especially Ryan Spittles who is flying the flag for Team Doobs.

Kyle Maguire opens to 2500 in the small blind

John Eames calls in the big blind

Maguire 4200

Eames 9300

Maguire 16000

Call

All this played out over a couple of minutes where I could hear a pin drop in the room

check

Eames 7500

Call

Maguire shove 38500

Eames calls, covering

Eames  to win a 105,000+ pot and knock out Maguire

Eames now has 135,000 at 1200-2400

I don't do it deliberately but thanks for your interest

Simon Deadman appears to have had a great start to the day, up over 150,000 and in a lot of pots

I watch Prasanna Suryacannotspellthesurnamewithoutcheckinganyaman raise in the cut off to 2500. Deadman 6200 on the button

Prasanna shove 20,000

Call

Prasanna

Deadman

  three diamonds

to double Prasanna up, a temporary reverse for Deadman

Remember, I know its early and people are busy on a Saturday with stuff, but if you want an update on anyone just ask. I will go and find them and report back

You can help me through this long grind. Whoever dreamt up a six day £1k event needs speaking to!

Simon Deadman loses another 40,000 unavoidably

KK on the button, shortstack Paul Grace shoves for 40,000

Call

Grace has Aces and the board runs out 8 high

---

Rupinder Bedi 2500 UTG

Chris Brammer calls in the big blind

Brammer check calls 2600

Brammer leads for 8,500

Bedi looks at Brammer, smiles, folds and lets out a trademark chuckle and says something to Brammer. Brammer, headphoned, remains impassive....

One of the chip leaders, if not the chip leader is Iason Riziotis with 125 left

He is on the Ben Sweetman/Perrins, Sean Randall, Ludovic Geilich table

As I took the photo I saw Randall win a nice pot against Perrins with  rivering a flush
