Very early in Luton main event. Blinds 25/50 my stack 9600.

I have  on the button, seat 6 limps cutoff limps I raise to 150 to build a pot. Both limpers call blinds fold. My initial read of these limpers is that the first one is reasonably solid and the second willing to play more hands.Pot now 525

Flop comes  two hearts

check check I bet 400

1st limper folds second one calls

turn

check I bet 800 (in retrospect i hate this bet. If I play this hand again I check here and call any reasonable bet on the river)

raise to 2400

Yuk. I have no idea where I am now. He could have 79, a set of 9's 7's or 2's, AQ or nothing at all. I quietly kick myself for betting and allowing this raise and fold my hand. I think he had a set from the way the betting went, but I also think I might have invited a play here. Either way a mandatory fold at this stage of the comp for 1/4 of my stack.

I appreciate your views....

I'd also fold. It smells like a set to me.

-- No flush draw
-- a straight draw would be making a dangerous move
-- low board, so 2 pair unlikely. I doubt Q-2, 7-2, etc
-- too many chips on line to be making such big moves

I don't see too much wrong with betting the turn though. He could well have a weaker queen, eg QJ. Also, betting pushes off drawing hands such as JT or KJ.
