GPS day 1 online- 25k starting stack.
we are in level 10 with 3 minutes to go before the end of day 1.
We have a stack of 154k, we cover everyone at the table , bar one, who is the chip leader with 246k. We got moved to this table about 4 minutes before and have not played a hand yet.

Blinds 600/1200. we are UTG+1. UTG (chip lead) folds. We look at  and Raise to 3450.
UTG+2, from a stack of 19k, CALLS
HJ, from a stack of 32k, repops to 30k with 2k behind. It folds around to us.  We SHOVE.

Questions are:
Can we find a fold here ?
Can the Math gurus explain whether this is a +EV shove?

For clarity, the only other players who can be in this pot have 32k and 19k?

Without some live read that HJ only does this with KK/AA then it seems a no-brainer, we're probably flipping with one or both but the downside is limited and the upside is a 33% increase in our stack.

50p?

This is so standard in my opinion.
Risking 20% of our stack with a premium hand if we lose still have 100bb.

yeah think im making the shpve/call.
lose the pot we have 120k going into day 2 which will likely be a good healthy stack anyway, if not we can get up to 200k and be high fiveing strangers on the train to the club saturday!
Also a slight chace the short stacks want to spin it up late in the day as they have another seat token or buying in anyway. Played fine imo

Given that its so close to the end of day1, will people still can find a fold here?
As played, all three of us were All in pre.

Us-
UTG+2 -
HJ -  Two Clubs two hearts

Needless to say, we didnt improve as the FTR comes

I don't really understand the so close to the end of day one thing. It's just the end of a level. It makes as much sense as people who say they don't like to win the first pot, or don't like playing pots just before a break.

i'd need a ninja read not to shove here and I even if I had such a read i'd still probably shove.

looking at those hands it confirms there is still value in these comps
