Betfair Focus Group

So going to this.
Anyone got anything they want me to bring up, annoying, good, bad etc..
I'm going to have a pop at the no obs chat, and their connectivity issues (they'll blame it on crypto, but it's a good chance to talk to them about it).
The theme is women and poker and betting - they lead the discussion, but I have led enough of these myself to know how to get what I want said.
So if you want it included, let me know and I'll let you know how it goes down.

No observer chat is one thing.... but not being able to give a player a rub down after you just crashed out of the tournament because you dont have enough in your account is another! Players entered into a tourney should be able to chat after they exit the tourney regardless of subsequent balance...

Good point it is absurd that if you have entered a comp after you are out you can't participate..
I'll bring that up.

Heid - do you want anything from the women on the forum about women, poker and betting?

Course
I don't know exactly what tack they are going to take on that, it's the intriguing bit for me, but fire away
I also thought it would be a good excuse for forum as a whole to get their points across.
Mr End I will bring up those points, no doubt they will mutter and sidestep.

Or to the more well mannered peeps, it is frustrating that you can't say "nice hand" or "good luck" after knocked out you get. Never played on betfair, but when Party janked their observer caht this pee-d me off summit rotten.

there was a long forum thread about it in the Autumn
I can't be bothered to find it
I am sure the meeting will proceed warmly without you asking it though
