Does anyone else have an issue loading up DTD? i play on there infrequently but still every time i go to boot it up it takes ages! like 10-20 minutes and goes through a whole update script. just me?

Happened to me before, contact support mate, they did help me but I've forgotten what they told me to do. I had it for a few weeks very annoying indeed.

the longer between each time you play the more there is to potentially update.

It's not that, I was playing a reasonable amount and still getting it.

As you can imagine this frustrates us just as much as you guys.
My advice at the minute would be to please long and screenshot any issues and send them to myself or support who will seek an answer from iPoker.

Played a few comps on Sunday and it was awful. Taking about a minute between every hand, disconnected every 20-30 minutes, somehow the tournaments kept going and it was a fight to get back online first so you could steal blinds before everyone got back. Can't believe they didn't cancel the tournaments, but I guess there is kind of nobody in charge at ipoker and the skins have no power in this regard. Anyone play Monday or so far today? Is it any better?

DTD did cancel their satellites on Sunday and compensated, second time in a week they had to compensate. No one feels it more than them!

All the details were in the Grand Prix thread and whenever there are problems DTD on social media and I on here keep people up to date

Last night was generally better, from what I could see. Hope it continues

Thanks for info.

Fair play to DTD, pretty sure that they are fairer at this than most/all other skins.

Would play a lot more on DTD skin myself but am mostly not in the UK.

Not been able to play since before ukipt Edinburgh. Keeps coming up with 'casino module not updated' or something. It's the same as another Ipoker skin too, it isn't a dtd isolated incident.

My problem is that I now have windows 8 and I haven't the faintest how to uninstall to attempt a reinstall.

There have certainly been a lot of updates (enhancements) recently. Implementation of those appears to be an issue at the customer end

go bottom right of laptop or pc , click on settings ,then control panel its all there m8
