Cajoled into lil Dave to get involved tonight - love the concept and on first impressions you've done a really good job with the site mate.  As I am sure you know this market his getting huge in US and VCs are all over it.....gl with the venture.  Think the whole social media, friends things is pretty crucial to strategy (I am purely in to beat some people at darts betting I won't at poker lol) - some cool facebook group type links in future could be good.

Really like site though

I hear you won Lil'Dave's private pool Smiley Good start!

Ooops. Just heard I was misinformed... sorry for the unintentional rubdown.

Yes....I actually just phoned Kev and said can't believe it think I've nicked £760 but I'm sure my maths was right ha ha. All good mate we have had a laugh as I logged in and saw balance zero

A regular Friday Night pool for the AW racing at Dundalk and Wolves could be a good addition.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will look into it. I am not really into racing myself, but several of the others are massively into it - so they will know better than me whether this is likely to prove popular. If they think it is a goer, I am sure they will be able to get something up for next Friday.

I always assumed the racing pools would not provide much of a sweat, so haven't been entering them much. But apparently I am completely wrong about this and these pools provide some of the best sweats of all, especially during the last couple of races. I might start giving them a go again!

I've been discussing things with the racing aficionados within S&L. We are not going to be offering anything on the Friday AW races right now. Perhaps in the future, depending on how popular racing turns out the be on our site.

However, you might be interested in the TV Pick 8 pool we are running on Saturdays. It is a fantasy racing pool, so is under the fantasy league tab. Very different to our normal 'classic' racing pools.

Cool, will have a look when I am at home, can't get on the site from the office.

Just another suggestion not sure what others feel but would you consider a different buy in for the small-time punters I personally thing there is a big gulf between a £1 and £10 pool especially if you want to play a few pools each day.  I think offerring a number of £5 pools could be attractive, especially at weekends when there are so many more pools to chose from.

I can easily justify through £20 at it on a saturday afternoon along with my other bets I will have but having £40 on the line is a bit much to a rec punter. And £4 doesn't feel like enough to make the effort.

Waiting for someone with a surname starting with a specific letter to be booked is so frustrating. Explaining it to your mrs makes you sound insane, but love it already. Being able to see what others have chosen just makes it better or more frustrating.

The professor is an arse.

With zero corners in the first half (city vs Chelsea) will the points go to the two people who opted for 11 corners (first half x second half corners) or will nobody get points?
