I must be an idiot. About 10 people that I know and lots of kind people on blonde have explained how to use these Torrent things to me. However I just can't seem to work it out. Does anyone know a site which explains how to download and start using these things in an easy to understand way. These damm youngsters with there computers. What ever happened to pen and paper.

I use   www.isohunt.com   or  www.torrentreactor.net   very good and fast for the episodes of lost I also use bittorrent to download them hope this helps you
