Best option on the Turn in position?

It's from a 200bb table at 20nl. Opponent is a good player, we have been playing the same tables for about 2-3 hours, and this is the first real hand where we have clashed. We generally don't get involved in pots together.

What i'm wondering is, is it best just to jam when we have the comparative nuts in quite a nice pot, when most times they are drawing to protect our hand?

Or best just to slow play it, in position?

This is the hand here. I have £50 at the start of the hand opponent had £40.

I have   , I'm OTB, it folds round to me i 3 x to 60p. SB calls and BB calls, every1 else has folded. Pot is now £1.80.

Flop , , 10d,

SB Checks, BB leads out for 90p, i re-raise to £2.70, SB folds, BB  then re raises to £5.10, i just smooth call. The pot going to the turn is £13.80.

Turn is  , opponent leads for £7.20, i smooth call to keep him in the hand really. Pot is £21 odd before i call, after i call the pot size is £28.20.

What would you do on the turn herE?

River  , opponent jams i call.

20nl players are not 3betting flops light

I would shove turn too. Lots of action killing cards

He has a flush draw, set of or set of 10's, that's all he can have here really. Though i doubt he has 10s here, would have most likely 3 bet pre flop.

prob do call, but he can't call on a flush draw if i jam the river.

That's why i don't know if it's best jamming turn or just calling. If i jam most times i take down a nice pot, but do i miss out on value?

I think a lot of the times he will jam any river card, i can't really call an over pair, aces kings, queens eg

If his range here is sets and flush draws then just GII on the flop (find it highly unlikely he has a 3b folding range on this flop), rub equity on tits.
