i'm sounding really results orientated but bet pot otf vs the blinds, you've flopped really well + a lot of dirty turn cards
you can sometimes look like your taking off with A(XXX) aswell which is a good vs there calling/GII hands otf

cant do anything else here but fold?

Oh dear! I think I'd just get it in now, if it was A75 and the turn was a 3 I think I'd begrudgingly fold, but it's a gutshot that's filled so would need to have had A64/ 456* and I just can't trust people in these comps not to be doing something silly with A5 or 789ss or something like that, I actually played this comp for the first time a wee ago and saw some very silly things.

He was pretty snug over the 80 hands but I couldn't be sure ofc. It felt tough for him to have 46 but I ended up timebanking folding anyway. We still have 13 outs anyway which is plenty right?

this is one of those spots where, if he's got 46, hen we have 30%, if he doesn't then he's prolly drawing to 5 or 6 outs which makes ever folding the best hand very undesirable, I just can't trust people in these comps not to be doing silly things.
