i have aces one of the suited and a bad low
should i just see a flop here or is this standard
would of prefered it coming back with just 1 caller
with 2 callers i aint going to hit a set but i am assuming this is an insta call
average stack at time is 7.5k

You have aces, a low draw and a suit.  Getting them in is clearly fine.  Think your hand could be really tricky to play post (you are unlikely to hit the but low and going to be guessing on the high with 4 aces likely out) think this is the nut result too.

Do you have to pay a quid if bad beated on the high and low?

Perfect spot to get it in if we can get heads up. Don't fancy playing it multi-way though.

Really weird play by villain here, limped for 200, then re-raises all in for 7,000.  Presume he had A-2-x-x  or A-A-x-x?

Think you played it perfect, so the outcome is irrelevant.

Ahh, I missed the limp/ all-in by the other chap.

What a weird way to play those hands. Love it when it comes no low in those spots.
