Are deductions from the pool only taken from new additions to the pot or is the carry over taxed too each week?

Lol despite not knowing what's going on i do feel so pot committed so count me in for next week Cheesy however can anybody just make it clearer for me what has to happen for us to get some returns back, and what sort of figures we could be looking at? I basically saw a lot of really smart posters investing decent amounts into this so assumed it just couldn't be a bad idea for me follow suit with a few £50's, but as it adds up starting to wonder how hard i'm actually punting here Smiley
