Let's say he opens 25% of hands from CO (seems reasonable for someone not too mental) and only dumps the bottom 5-10% of these hands leaving 15-20%. You are definitely right with your assumption that he is iso'ing wide and calling tight so I think you can just peel with ATs here as it plays pretty well against that certain range. Peel all flop bets apart from Kxx and go from there.
