Think you have to fold with stack sizes as they are.  Looks an ICM disaster to get it in here.   Presumably we are top 5 or similar.  I recognise the big stack villain but can't tell you anything about him.  You got any stats?

Your hand is so pretty, and I'd be going for it with shorter stacks.

no HUD (imac) and didnt have a feel for this particular guy. table in gerneal has been shocking but think this guy has been off my radar enough to have a good holding here.

i have only a basic understanding of this game and my game is postflop cf pre.

in general (forgetting the shortie to act) can u peel shallower in hi/lo compared with plo/holdem with a hand that flops as well as this?

I definitely never fold it in a NLO8 Hyper and would go with it in level 1.  I would probably just go for it too if we all had 2500.

Surprised Adam hasn't posted.

I think the advantage of a shorte is sometimes that you can shove and engineer situations where you create really good pot odds for your self.  Say if you get 5 limpers and are sat with 5 big blinds in the BB then there is a lot of hands I'd just go with.  I am not sure I am in the majority here as people do tend to peel a lot even when shallow.  People tend to do this near the bubble too, but you get in a World of hurt if somebody pots it after.  Limp folding from a short stack is obviously disastrous.

I don't know if you noticed, but Stars have done away with the $50 plo8 that was on about 7.30.  It is now NLO8.  I was just on a really good run in it too.  Even though I play an awful  lot of NLO8 hypers, this is really bad news.  The $100 8 o'clock game already seemed to be struggling even before this, where as the $50 seemed fine.  Now we could lose them both.    Slow paced NLO8 just seems such a crap game.  limp limp, shove 100BBs.  meh.
