8 players post ante of 0.13 BB, SB posts SB 0.5 BB, BB posts BB 1 BB

Pre Flop: (pot: 2.5 BB) Hero has

fold
UTG+1 raises to 2 BB
fold
MP+1 raises to 5 BB
fold, Hero ??

4/8 at this point. UTG+1 has been raising an absolute tonne on the FT bubble, and we've had some fun exchanges leading up to this point. MP+1 seems to have picked up on this - has been fairly active, and I imagine is three betting quite wide.

Given the two sub 10bb stacks, I assume ICM wise MP+1 has to call pretty tight - something like QQ+ i'd guess? (maybe an MTT wizard can confirm/deny this). Shoving here looks attractive, but is it better just to fold given the fact that there were a couple of 'recs' at the FT...

Shoving and relying on someone in a $22 comp both realizing they have to fold certain hands, and then actually folding them is pretty risky strategy. If you get called I imagine you're in trouble so with that in mind, i would fold.

Absolutely massive financial disaster to bust in 8th here, think TT is a pretty easy fold once you take a squizz at the 3b's stats. QQ is a decision

It's basically what suprlim says, I know I level myself too much online thinking villains should know I'm ridic strong ect ect should even fold AK here blah blah, but 25bigs is cool, don't get messy with the bottom of your range. Foldings perfect, even though these guys are wider than usual getting TT in huge action for so many big blinds is a tad insane (which is good lol) but not now, much prefer to just open all the times we can

and I really wouldnt get it in with less than KK+ pre anytime soon

The 3bettors value range is everything better than tens. He probably (and should) peel tens here. I'd imagine if he's not stupid or mental then he's almost never 3bet bluffing here. It's a pretty poor spot to take unless the OR loves to fold to 3bets.

Looking at the fact there are two sub 10bb stacks who could bust any minute it turns a marginal spot with queens into a fold.
