i'd guess your brother is in his 40s. the person we are looking for is 40-45 years old?

no.  (reminder that he was not at school at the same time as my brother who - whilst I delight when people think he is in his 40s - is only 36 Cheesy)

So he's somewhere between 29 and 39?
