Never had this problem before. When trying to log in on my laptop it says I'm logged in elsewhere but I'm not. It will let me log in on my iPad or iPhone.

I've tried uninstalling the software and downloading again but this doesn't work.

Anybody have any other ideas. Thx

Could be worth e-mailing, and letting them know the problem. Must be something that has arisen in the past, and maybe they have some way of forcibly logging you out.

Yeah, I did, they just hadn't got back to me so I thought I'd ask just incase! They have sorted it now thx guys

It's just from where you haven't logged out properly from a different computer (maybe shutting down or losing connection).
