Right decision obviously. No brainer, really.

Tim's paso. What could possibly go wrong?

It's getting ridiculous now.

Why can't we have music for ballroom and latin dances? Why must all the songs be pop songs? There used to be a mixture and, whilst I didn't always agree with some of the choices, there was at least some context for the viewer.

It's also far easier for a student to follow a beat, when the song was written and arranged with strict tempo in mind. Picking out a beat is something some people find difficult, so traditional music helps.

Is this because Sir Brucie had a little sway when he was there?

Seriously, total eclipse of the heart? An American Smooth? How is he going to count a foxtrot beat to that? Joanne has obviously given up any hope of him learning to dance.

Build Me up Buttercup has a good foxtrot beat and a nice sway to it. Call Me Baby should be a decent cha cha (though not the best by any means). Really is some rubbish there tho.

Yes. Ridonkulous. He will have fun, though, and Charlestons tend to be safe for next week (Jimi Mistry and Peter Shilton aside IIRC)

Pixie will set hearts racing I suspect, but looks well short of hips in training.

Steve won't score well. Bottom two possibility.

Hopefully grumpy Simon will think the same as you. The sooner I collect on Jake Top Man bet the better.  Producers clearly followed me in.

If you want to see what the basic steps look like in each of the main dances, this is a very good investment of 20 minutes:

Donnie Burns and Gaynor Fairweather make the Strictly professionals look like Harold and Edna at a tea dance.

Jake top man this weekend should be buying money. Long series, though.

More tilting than having £50 on a 20/1 shot which 5 length clear 10 yards from the post when the jockey falls off.

Not worth watching now.
