Folded round, we raise to 60p (20nl), SB 3 bets to £2,

BB Calls

We 4 bet to £5.60, looking back reckon this is 2 small.

Both players call. Pot is £18.60

Checks round to us. I could check here a good amount of the time I guess.

We bet £9, sb folds, bb jams. It's £29 for us to call.

At first I thought it was a good fold. But with the Diamonds, could also have a flush draw.

Reads; Player plays 2 /3 tables, sometimes they play 20nl, sometimes 50nl, sometimes 100/200nl, really eratic the buy in's played.

Never really noticed them much/ had any bother at the tables from them. Never seen them jam a draw, or seen them jam the flop ever.

So not great reads, just hated this spot.

I would like to flat the 3b here a lot and hope one of the blinds value town themselves against us.

4b won't get any folds at this size definitely bigger ~£8 if you're intending to take it down pre or get HU

villain can have all broadway/flush combo draws, KK,QQ,KQ and Qx FD's
66 will always lead out so never bottom set.

Considering villains erratic buyin levels it's sounds like a combo draw more than a made hand. Gl if you want to spin I think you have to call.

Yeah probably is a call, at the time (player tendencies at this level) and never having seen anything like this before from this player, I felt it was a fold.

But it doesn't really make sense. I was thinking he had 66, qq, KQ, AK - outside chance of AA - with the jam highly doubt it's KK.

You would never expect him to jam a set and miss out on value, KQ would seem the most likely or AK of the hands above.

Never thought about it at the time, don't have a lot of time to think!, AdQd would be played this way (Aced 10d??). Possibly JdQd too don't know if he has many other flush draws.

Yeah rare to jam the nuts here but it happens, people can scare themselves into c/r shoving huge to get JT and flush draws to fold, they just don't want to see any scary cards and justify it.

But I believe because villain plays 20-200nl he is a lot more gamble orientated therefore will most likely have Qx fd's 9Tdd J9dd JQdd JTdd ATdd AQdd AJdd ect if I've missed any, rather than a made hand. Villain should always call here with these hands but I think he most likely is jamming them for the fun of flopping such a pretty hand.

Flatting and 4bettiing both have there merits. I think your 4bet size is fine. On this flop, I hate bet folding. I would actually have quite liked a pot controlling check back. If you want to bet I would bet smaller. I think a 1/3 pot bet will be just as effective, and is easily balanced by our sets
