anyone else having issue with sky download today?

I was not aware of a problem, but I just loaded a few Tables to test it & they loaded just fine.

I did have to upload (download, sideload?) an Adobe Update yesterday, that might be the clue.

Traffic seems about normal for this time of day (it would be reduced if there was a widespread problem) & there have been no reports or questions on the Sky Poker Community.

Have you tried Customer Care?

Still can't get sky tables to load...! Frozen from Stars, dont like $ topic on P Poker - 888 rigged ;-) , guess its 1/2 at Hippodrome then!

Virgin Media - all other sites fine - tried download and via internet (explorer, firefox, chrome the lot) - been onto sky poker support 3 times but no joy - shame as I like the cash action plus their deeper tourneys

ah ok, only asked because other EE customers have been having severe problems with Sky service connections recently.


tis weird that your other sites are all still working and you aren't having other issues as it's less likely to be firewall/parental setting style stuff messing up your ability to connect.


as usual I would suggest checking everything is up to date etc (adobe air, flash, windows) and hope it sorts itself!
