Ivey Poker News

We've come a long way...

Since we launched our game here at Ivey Poker we've learned quite a few things...first and foremost is that a dedicated and loyal community is essential.  So to our loyal players, we felt we needed to communicate to you about some changes you'll be seeing over the coming months.

We plan on suspending the current game this Saturday, October 25th.  Though that may sound ominous -- it's actually just the first step in our evolution as we prepare to launch an even bigger and better gaming experience for you all in 2015.  We do appreciate all you have done for us here at Ivey Poker; it has been a joy and a learning experience for all of us....and one that we hope will continue as we grow and evolve!

Stay tuned for more -- the best is yet to come!

I received that e-Mail yesterday.

What exactly ARE "Ivey Poker"? What do they actually do?

They seem to have no less than 32 Poker "Coaches" including, oddly, Phil Shaw, who we were discussing a few days ago.

Where does the money come to pay for all those Poker Pros?

What sort of money do they get?

What is the decoded translation of their e-Mail?

What "game"?

All I know is that the Iveypoker FB page hasn't been updated since June!

I thought they had a FB Play chip poker site but can't see anything to support that view

Did I not read that Flushy was sponsored by Ivey Poker?  Or part of the team or something like that.

According to bluff.com

Ivey has a marketing agreement with the Pala tribe in California that plans on offering real money online poker once that state passes legislation.

Probably a clearing of the decks before that launches ?

Dan Fleyshman, the former CEO of Victory Poker, will be at the helm when Ivey Poker relaunches in 2015.

Why do people who get into these industries keep getting more and more money thrown at them despite doing a horrific job previously. Especially someone who has an easily searchable and very shady past
