There are plenty of domain registration sites. I use 123-reg, but I don't think they're necessarily better or worse than others. Have used them for ten years without any issues.

As for hosting, well that depends on what the website is, what it will be running, and the sort of traffic you expect it to get.

You can get them anywhere, just try google.

No much between them to be honest. I've had no issues with bluehost and their customer support has been great so far.
