The account in question belongs to Noel Hayes, who is well into racing, and often takes part in the Final Furlong podcast, with the Irish racing boys.

From what the other guys say in the podcasts, he's bundled in dough, but I did wonder why he had suddenly started playing $2k comps, and 400/800 8game cash.
