This couple won £1,000,000 on the EuroMillions lottery for the 2nd time in less than 2 years.
What are the chances of that? (Allegedly, 283 billion to one).

Not quite. That's the odds of THAT couple winning it twice. Doesn't factor in the number of times they played and lost, nor all the other winners in the intervening time who have played and lost.
Also, have you noticed that they got £2.70 more the first time? Why is that?

Me too - stories like this were the first books I ever read, & I read dozens of them.
I have to admit, I'm a little sceptical about this one. I hope I'm wrong, of course.

He just looks in spectacularly good health, with a nice plump rounded face, for one who claims to have had to live for over 2 months on catching fish from the sea with his bare hands.
Maybe the whole story will explain how he managed to stay so healthy.
