Reckon it's some huge wind up by an IT pro who has fixed the pic to show differently on different computer/devices, depending on what settings you have on it or something along those lines. WP however they have done it, not buying the original theory put forward, this discussion would have cropped up before now if that were true.

Definitely not that - i'm sat here with three colleagues all seeing it differently on my phone screen

White and gold to me in that photo, very weird that 6 people can look at the same photo on the same screen and half can see blue and black, and the other half see white and gold.

Claw the question in the poll needs changing though really - I KNOW the dress is blue & black, but it looks white & gold in that photo to me.  I guess you want me to answer 'white & gold'?

The results on here so far are overwhelmingly in favour of white and gold, whereas elsewhere it seems to be more split down the middle - i wonder if there is some kind of gender bias?
