How can they not sack him?

Even forgetting the fact he was on a final warning, swinging a punch at a work colleague must be a fireable offence.

if they don't sack him, what message are the BBC sending to their staff?

Clarkson is a racist, a tory and supports fox hunting.  If I never thought him a nob beore, I certainly do now.  The shameful thing is he is right up the street of the Little Englander and the brodcasters willl be falling over themselves to give him a gig.

This, as far as I can tell from when I´m unfortunate enough to hear about it, it´s been nothing but mindlessly contrived fuckwittery for years.

Surely they need to show people like Clarkson, Farage and Sturgeon to balance out the more sensible heads on there, otherwise they'd be breaking their rules on impartionality?

Strange to think of some of the early Top Gear Presenters, the Show began back in the late seventies, when many of us were not even born.

Here's the first, Angela Rippon.

Meanwhile, the man himself was at Stamford Bridge last night, to watch the Chelsea debacle.

They're shorter and have flatter stomachs?
