Help, I cant get paid from early position.

I have noticed that when I get a big hand in early position I can never get paid or if I call hoping to re-raise I get them cracked with a raggy ace or a mug makes 2 pairs.

Advice needed on this one a I am trying to plug up a few more holes in my game.

same here. I raise and ppl fold. so somtimes i limp in and hope for a rase so i can re-raise all in and it never happens

it depends on ur table image, if ur a tight player playing very few hands and u raise from first posistion, alarm bells are gonna start ringing. When im mixing my game up i like to raise with suited connectors or low pairs and show them to the table (to make them think im loose), I spend the first 20-30 mins making them think im loose. Then ill tighten up and get paid nicely with my monster hands. You cant constantly play like a rock and expect players to play with u when u raise, loosen up,  show some raises with very average hands, then ull get your monsters paid

loose/fishy players dont show their cards if they were bluffing or making loose raises from early posistion.  If u notice a player doing this, i.e raising from early posistion with suited conecters, reraising with rag aces etc.... and he shows, then hes showing u for a reason and hes setting u up big time to pay off his monster hands.

Why am i giving away my secrets to my enemies?..........lol  hope this helps u abit.
