I am the right person to answer this - live bacteria used to balance the bacteria levels (Ie candida) levels in the digestory tract and the bowel. I could go on.........

Not necessarily.

One of my mates talks about his sex life all day but it doesn't exist.  Cheesy

My favourite are the adverts that mention cosmetics with added "Boswelox" - surely that must have been the result of some form of wager?

There is a whole section on Bill Bryson's "A Short History of Nearly Everything" on bacteria, it is fascinating reading, & bacteria are really quite awesome things.

We simply could not survive as living beings without bacteria, they are THE most imprtant means by which life is able to go on.

Mostly, 99.9% of them do essential stuff, but the occasional rogue one, or one in the wrong place, makes us ill now & then.

Be grateful for the pesky things, we could not survive without them. Or have yoghourt.

Long live bacteria.

Won't drink anything that sounds like the noise I'll make bringing it back up!!!

But you can get bio tablets that do the same.
