anymore online day 1s for the deepstack.  Only just realised it is a 3 day event now.  Assumed there would be a proper live day 1 on Saturday afternoon.

Seems like too many obstacles for the casual player for me which is what the deepstack is all about at the start of the month when everyone has been paid.  Not surprising the numbers are struggling.  3 day event now instead of 2.  20% of the prizepool taken out for $3500 seats for a week long event which most casuals either a) wouldn't want to play or b) couldn't get the time off work to play and they cannot be transferred/used for other dtd events i assume?

Just my own views on the subject which i hope will be taken constructively.  I appreciate things change over time.  Not sure if anyone else feels the same or if it is just me?  I really want to play it tomorrow but there is only a turbo event first thing in the morning. I really don't want 20% of my buy in going towards a $3500 seat for an event i don't want to play should i be lucky enough to get that far.

Totally agree Mark, I got my $500 dollar seat through the Gran Prix which would give me a shot at a bigger event which I played yesterday, but taking seats out the prize pool is okay if you are a serious player, me personally being a cash player the grind through playing 3 days to hopefully cash is not what the old £300 deepstack was like, So much time consuming with family/work is a real strain to some people, Dtd is and will remain the Mecca of Poker and pushes boundaries more than anyone and the Relationship with Party Poker seems to be attracting more numbers online and to the club which can only be a good thing, Was really surprised to see so many bullets at it yesterday by some of the regs but value was there with the view of an overlay.
Hope to catch up with you soon as not seen you for ages.

What will the blinds be at 1050pm when the last buy in is tonight for day 1?  Is that the end of the break at 1050pm i assume?  What time will day 1 finish?  Anyone know?  Want to arrive as late as possible with the dogs on tv tonight.

Does the break start at 1050pm?  Or finish at 1050pm?  When they say last buy in at 1050pm?  Assume it finishes at 1050pm and then play commences and no more buy ins?

It's 600-1200, just checked with dtd. You have to the end of the break...assume that is 10.50
